The name is Crystal. I am 32 years old. I am 25% Italian and the rest is a mutt mixture of English, Irish and heaven only knows what else. I have 6 daughters: Crystina (12), Carolyn (8), twins Caitlyn and Charlotte (4) and twins Cheyenne and Courtney (2). My only son, Connor, was born February 2010.
I have always loved to cook. I began collecting recipes when I was 8 or 9; even before I could cook! The first thing I learned to make was scrambled eggs. From there I evolved. When I was a teenager I created my own spaghetti sauce which the recipe remains a secret to all. Usually I look at a recipe and then work on it until I make it my own. I very rarely 100% follow a recipe.
Most of the things I cook either have a Cajun theme or an Italian theme to them.
